Try to think about mission and vision for your business. Start by figuring out what it is that you want, what kind of service and atmosphere would you like to create, what is important to you, what you value. Everything you put down should be meaningful to you. Try to avoid generic, meaningless phrases.

Try to recall the guests who stayed at your accommodation the last season. To which marketing segments do they belong, what did they all have in common, and how did they differ? Based on that, think about possible improvements in your accommodation to suit the type of guests who come to your place in, both, facilities and services.
